Yi Shien graduated with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with Distinction from the University of Western Australia. Yi Shien was awarded with the Dean’s Prize in Podiatric Medicine, Podiatry WA Prize and Podiatrists Registration Board of WA Prize for academic and clinical excellence throughout her studies.
Yi Shien is passionate in all areas of podiatry and has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal conditions, biomechanics and diabetes. She strives to use evidence-based care towards all foot and ankle conditions, helping patients achieve their individual health goals and needs. She prioritises approaching each individual holistically to maximise their quality of life.
Outside of podiatry, she loves travelling, playing social sports, guitar and is involved in a musical theatre choir.
